Qualification: BE (Mechanical) Experience: 7 to 8 Years in Relevant Position. Candidate will be responsible for preparation of technical specifications and scope of work in consultations with project/operations teams, Collection and evaluations of technical offers, closing the deviations and preparing technical bid analysis.
