About the role
Qualification: Preferably Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Bachelors or Masters in Chemistry and Diploma in Industrial Safety. Minimum 12-15 years of progressive field HSE experience with minimum 5 years experience of production floor in a reputed company committed to safety. HSE as a priority throughout the organization Ability to work in matrix Environment and be able to communicate with employees at all levels. Ability to build trust and confidence with management, with consultation and persuasive skills. While providing HSE leadership to the site, identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness and improve safe work practices, ensuring 100% compliance to local regulatory Team player, ability to work in matrix Environment and be able to communicate with employees at all levels. Strategic thinking and leadership skills with proven examples of the same.
