As a Product Owner in the Internal Operations department, your role involves leading the development and maintenance of the MIS infrastructure. This includes managing databases, dashboards, and reporting tools. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and managing reporting systems to provide timely and accurate business insights. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and optimize data solutions. - Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security across all systems. - Driving automation and process improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting. - Conducting deep data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps. - Leading the BI roadmap in alignment with business goals. - Maintaining up-to-date SOPs and ensuring version control for operational processes. In addition to the functional responsibilities, you will also be responsible for: - Maintaining the integrity and quality of data. - Allocating work based on team capacity, skills, and deadlines to ensure efficient task delivery. - Monitoring and managing team productivity and resource utilization. - Ensuring adherence to Compliance, Confidentiality, and Information Security Policies. As a key liaison between internal teams and external clients, you will be required to: - Translate business requirements into analytical solutions through collaboration with leadership. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide proactive communication and insights. - Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Furthermore, as a leader in the department, you will need to: - Mentor and lead a team of BI developers and analysts. - Support team performance, engagement, and continuous skill development. - Guide career development planning, performance reviews, and onboarding processes. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, information technology, business, or a related field. You should also have 8 to 12 years of experience in a relevant field.
