Network Operations Engineer

Job Summary:As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be a key member of the Infrastructure Engineering team, supporting critical services across network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and operational tasks. Your role involves L1/L2 incident management, firewall/load balancer support, troubleshooting, and assisting with cloud-based deployments and migrations. Key Responsibilities:Provide L1 and L2 support for incidents, troubleshooting, firewall/load balancer requests, and infrastructure changesManage BAU operations including alert monitoring and incident resolutionCollaborate with cloud service providers for integration and remediation tasksDrive technical discussions across infrastructure and development teams to enable cloud deployment (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)Design cloud-based infrastructure solutions aligned with business SLAsMaintain documentation including technical diagrams, timelines, and presentationsWork on migration and re-architecture of on-prem applications to cloud environmentsEnsure change requests and incidents are resolved within agreed SLAStay updated on tools and technologies for networking, cloud, and security Job Summary:As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be a key member of the Infrastructure Engineering team, supporting critical services across network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and operational tasks.
