Role Overview We are looking for a curious and analytical Data Analyst who enjoys solving real-world problems using data. You will work closely with our Political Intelligence, Survey, and War Room teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. Whether you are an experienced analyst or a fresher with strong practical skills, we value your ability to think critically, learn quickly, and work with data more than your academic background. Key Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from surveys, voter databases, campaign activities, and field reports. - Analyze constituency, booth-level, and survey data to identify trends and actionable insights. - Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau. - Create automated reports and analytical models using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and Python. - Perform statistical analysis to measure campaign performance and public opinion trends. - Identify data inconsistencies and maintain high-quality datasets. - Support the Political Intelligence and War Room teams with daily reports and performance dashboards. - Visualize complex data using charts, graphs, and dashboards for leadership presentations. - Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency through data-driven recommendations. - Continuously learn and explore new analytical techniques and tools. Requirements Essential Skills - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets - Good understanding of data cleaning and data analysis - Knowledge of statistics and data interpretation - Ability to visualize data effectively - Strong analytical and logical thinking - Excellent problem-solving ability - Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies Preferred Skills - SQL - Power BI or Tableau - Python (Pandas, NumPy) - Basic understanding of data visualization principles - Experience working with large datasets Qualification - Open to all educational backgrounds - Degree is optional - Practical skills, projects, problem-solving ability, and learning mindset matter more than formal qualifications.
