Control-M Administrator

Job Title: Control-M Administrator (L1 Production Support) Experience: 25 Years Job Description We are looking for a Control-M Administrator with experience in production support and batch operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring Control-M job schedules, performing L1 incident triage, troubleshooting batch failures, and ensuring smooth execution of critical business processes across enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage Control-M batch jobs, schedules, job failures, reruns, and workflow dependencies.Perform L1 troubleshooting for production incidents using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools, and escalate issues to L2 teams with detailed analysis.Support production environments involving MSSQL, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, REST APIs (HTTP 4xx/5xx), and Azure AKS.Monitor application health, order processing, payment workflows, and infrastructure alerts to ensure SLA compliance.Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and support change, incident, and problem management.Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Required Skills Control-M Administration & Batch SchedulingProduction/Application SupportIncident & Problem ManagementMSSQL, MySQL, RedisRabbitMQ / KafkaREST API Monitoring & TroubleshootingAzure AKS (Basic Knowledge)Log Analysis & Monitoring ToolsGood Communication and Stakeholder ManagementWillingness to work in 247 rotational shifts .
