About the role
Role Overview: As a Product Designer at Crimson Enago, you will be responsible for designing world-class product experiences for our web apps and the mobile app. You will collaborate with various teams including Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute the product roadmap, create marketing and promotional material, and support other business requirements. Your role will involve working closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality execution of the product vision and user requirements. Additionally, you will help improve design processes, update/maintain style guides, and implement design systems that scale across our products. Conducting user studies, running focus groups, and researching to build the right experience for our users will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with a team of 2-3 designers through design reviews, critique, and sprint planning, as well as working with Visual designer and content writer to create assets required for promotion, product, and events will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Design world-class product experiences for web apps and the mobile app - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, create marketing material, and support business requirements - Ensure high-quality execution of the product vision and user requirements - Improve design processes, maintain style guides, and implement scalable design systems - Conduct user studies, run focus groups, and research for optimal user experience - Collaborate with designers through design reviews, critique, and sprint planning - Work with Visual designer and content writer to create necessary assets for promotion and events Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of design experience with a strong portfolio of engaging products - Strong UX design and visual design skills - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others - Knowledge of frontend development technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS/SASS, etc. - Excellent presentation and communication skills - User-centric approach with the ability to analyze user behavior - Experience in building products for mobile and web platforms - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership Additional Details of the Company: Crimson Interactive Group is a multi-national company with 15 years of global experience, operating in 120+ countries with a large client base.
