About the role
Job Summary We are looking for a mature, proactive, and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Python, React, Cloud Platforms, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance end-to-end applications while owning the complete development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development Develop and maintain production-grade applications using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and React/Next.js. Build reusable UI components and optimized backend microservices. Ensure clean architecture, scalability, and maintainability. Handle the complete SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Generative AI, LLMs & Agentic Systems Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, etc.). Design and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search systems. Integrate vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, and MongoDB Atlas. Build AI chatbots, automation agents, and intelligent assistants. Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques. Cloud & DevOps Deploy and manage workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Design microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures. Implement Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems. Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization. Collaboration & Leadership Take ownership of technical initiatives and deliver independently. Mentor junior developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Kanban environments.
