ServiceNow Technical Architect

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead end-to-end platform architecture, scalable implementations, integrations, and CMDB strategy aligned with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities Design and manage ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery. Handle integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub. Lead CMDB architecture, Service Mapping, and Discovery implementations. Manage advanced customizations including Business Rules, Flows, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts. Ensure CMDB governance, data quality, normalization, and reconciliation. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Support presales activities, solution design, and effort estimations. Required Skills 8–12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery. Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scripting. Experience in REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent. Exposure to enterprise/multi-instance ServiceNow environments. Presales experience.
