Job Description: UKG Tester
Must-haves
• Hands-on UKG background (UKG Pro / Pro Workforce Management) with real configuration and testing experience, not just functional familiarity.
• Strong working knowledge of UKG Pro Accruals, business structure, Pay Rules, and Attendance.
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to trace configuration through to downstream impacts (e.g., how a work rule drives pay rules, overtime, and zones) and to build and execute thorough test cases
• Able to work independently, document clearly, and communicate findings to both technical and business stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with Jira for tracking issues, test cases, and defects
• Exposure to UKG data migration / integration tooling (e.g., Dell Boomi, WIM, or file-based imports)
• UKG Advanced Scheduling
• UKG reporting experience (Dimensions reporting / BIRT) and comfort with spreadsheets for validation
• Prior implementation or migration experience in a large, complex enterprise environment.
