Required skill sets:- Primary Skill Sets:- Understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA, WAI-ARIA, and ADA, Experience testing with assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, keyboard, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft excel. Rudimentary, tester-level knowledge of HTML and CSS. Nice to have skills:- Accessibility certifications a plus.
Job Description :
As part of the Accessibility Testing Specialists team within the Digital Accessibility Office, you will be responsible for assessing the accessibility of our external customer-facing websites and applications.
You will work solely as an accessibility tester tasked with following a prescriptive test suite for assessing WCAG compliance.

Your ability to evaluate for accessibility defects is timely and accurate.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: Reporting to the Director, Digital Accessibility Office, you will support Prudential’s WCAG compliance requirements by serving as an accessibility tester, using the internal test suite and WCAG 2.2 to generate accurate accessibility defect reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Leverage automated and manual testing methods to execute accessibility testing.
Originate accessibility reports inclusive of descriptive defect info and accurate WCAG-based remediation recommendations.
Participate in defect review sessions for reports originated by you.
Execute design reviews on layouts and wireframes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: minimum 5+ years of Experience as Accessibility Tester , Understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA, WAI-ARIA, and ADA
