Auth Fraud Supervisor- Biometrics testing and analyst

Role & responsibilities: Minimum 6 years of experience 2+ years of experience as an Application Tester / QA Analyst Experience in biometrics domain in testing Technical & Analytics Skills Experience in biometric system testing and analysis Strong understanding of biometric algorithms and workflows Hands-on experience with biometric devices and SDKs Knowledge of biometric standards and protocols (ISO/IEC 19794, NIST, UIDAI, FIDO) Experience analyzing biometric data and performance metrics Familiarity with security, privacy, and data protection principles Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, ALM, TestRail) Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Proficient in Java, Python, Selenium, API testing (postman) or similar technology Skilled in designing, executing and managing test strategies within Agile and waterfall models CI/CD tools and practices Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect management Experience testing web and/or mobile applications Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Preferred Certifications / Training: Certified Biometrics Professional (CBP) ISO/IEC 30107 (Presentation Attack Detection) Training AI/ML or Data Annotation Certifications CFE / CFCS (for fraud-focused environments) Experience in government ID programs, fintech, banking, or access control systems Knowledge of liveness detection, spoof detection, and PAD (Presentation Attack Detection) Functional & Manual Testing Test and validate biometric systems including fingerprint, face, iris, and voice recognition Design and execute test cases for biometric enrollment, authentication, and verification workflows Analyze biometric performance metrics such as FAR (False Acceptance Rate), FRR (False Rejection Rate), and EER Perform functional, regression, interoperability, and performance testing of biometric applications Validate biometric hardware devices (sensors, scanners, cameras) and software SDKs onduct anti-spoofing and liveness detection testing Test biometric systems under various environmental conditions (lighting, noise, angle, skin conditions, etc.) Ensure compliance with ISO, NIST, UIDAI, and other biometric standards Analyze business and technical requirements to create test scenarios and test cases. Automation & Technical Testing (if applicable) Develop and maintain automated test scripts. Execute automation test suites and analyse results. Collaborate with developers to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. Fraud analysis • Analysis of fraud identified wrt biometrics • Analysis of application to find loopholes • Documentation & Collaboration • Maintain fraud analysis report, test plans, and execution reports. • Work closely with developers, product owners, and business teams. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Preferred Certifications: • ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) • ISTQB® Advanced Test Analyst (for experienced roles) • Certified Agile Tester (CAT) • Certified Selenium Tester / Automation Certification (for automation roles)
