As a Software Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to take on an exciting new career challenge. Your role will involve building a wide network of stakeholders of varying levels of seniority on a day-to-day basis. In your new role, you will be responsible for engineering and maintaining innovative, customer-centric, high-performance, secure, and robust solutions. Working within a feature team, you will leverage your extensive experience to engineer software, scripts, and tools that are often complex. Additionally, you will liaise with other engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Producing complex and critical software rapidly and of high quality to add value to the business - Working in permanent teams responsible for the full life cycle, from initial development through enhancement and maintenance to replacement or decommissioning - Collaborating to optimize our software engineering capability - Designing, producing, testing, and implementing working code - Working across the life cycle from requirements analysis and design through coding to testing, deployment, and operations Qualifications Required: - Background in software engineering, software design, architecture, and understanding of how your expertise supports customers - Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, preferably with knowledge of BPM tools such as Camunda - Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java, Spring Boot (Data, Integration, Web), JPA, Camunda, JBPM, Activiti - Experience in Single Page Application, Microservice Development, Cloud Development (Cloud Foundry, AWS) - Familiarity with Git command line, Bitbucket or Stash UI, Artifactory, JIRA, Confluence - Knowledge of Domain Driven Design and proficiency in JavaScript React Please note that the job posting closes on 26/05/2025.
