About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems related to MS Dynamics CRM implementation. Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented solutions. Job Requirements : 0.6-2 years of experience in MS Dynamics CCRM development or similar technology stack. Strong understanding of CRM development principles, including customization using plugins/web resources/workflows etc. Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
