As we scale, we need a Production Engineer who can ensure our systems are reliable and efficient, enabling our engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The Job Design and build robust application code that supports our production systems. Debug and analyze production issues proactively, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance, especially under stress. Implement observability through logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing to enhance system reliability. Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless handoff of information during US/ET market hours and facilitate effective engineering escalation when necessary. Support operations during US/ET market hours, ensuring smooth transitions and communication with the engineering team. Engage in integration work during quieter times to enhance system capabilities and performance. What You'll Need You've successfully shipped production systems with a focus on reliability and performance. You have hands-on experience with cloud environments , demonstrating a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure. You can effectively debug complex issues in real-time, ensuring systems run smoothly, especially during high-pressure situations. You possess strong context-switching abilities , allowing you to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Even Better If You have experience in capital markets or a related financial technology environment. You are familiar with API development and integration practices.
