Executive DQ/QA Compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Review calibration data of analytical instruments, PDR instruments, and laboratory equipment. Issue and review calibration formats and daily monitoring records. Prepare, review, issue, archive, and maintain SOPs and Master SOPs. Manage pharmacopoeia updates and SOP implementation. Review and maintain IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation for instruments and equipment. Issue and review file notes and compliance documents. Maintain employee training records and ensure training compliance. Review and maintain calibration standard certificates. Control and maintain protocol/report numbering, stability protocols, laboratory notebooks, and equipment logbooks. Conduct laboratory rounds and report observations. Support GMP, GLP, Data Integrity, and QA compliance activities. Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
