Network Administrator

Job Summary We are seeking a Network Administrator with 45 years of hands-on experience to manage, monitor, and support network and security infrastructure for our US-based customers. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Fortinet and Cisco ASA firewalls, Ruckus wireless infrastructure, and excellent troubleshooting and English communication skills to interact directly with US clients in a 24x7 support environment. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain Fortinet (FortiGate) and Cisco ASA firewalls, including policies, NAT, VPNs, and security profiles. Manage and troubleshoot Ruckus wireless LAN controllers and access points, including SSIDs, WLAN policies, and RF optimization. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks routing, switching, VLANs, and connectivity issues. Manage site-to-site and remote-access VPN tunnels (IPSec/SSL) across Fortinet and Cisco platforms. Act as a key technical point of contact for US customers diagnose, resolve, and escalate network and security incidents within SLA. Perform proactive monitoring, alerting, and capacity/performance analysis of network devices. Apply firmware upgrades, patches, and configuration changes following change management procedures. Document network configurations, diagrams, runbooks, and incident records. Communicate clearly with US customers via phone, email, chat, and ticketing tools, providing timely status updates. Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes. Coordinate with OEM/vendor support (Fortinet, Cisco, Ruckus) for hardware/software issues. Participate in shift handovers, on-call rotation, and after-hours maintenance windows.
