About Nclusion
Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.5 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.
About the Role
We are transforming fundamentally how we build software. AI agentic coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex have redefined what is possible. Our mission is to 10-100x our organizational productivity.
As our Superbuilder for AI Tooling, you’ll lead that transformation. You’ll design the tooling, agent systems, review infrastructure, and workflow architecture that let AI become a real production layer across the company: not just a coding assistant, but a force multiplier for how Nclusion does product discovery, designs, builds, tests, reviews, and ships.
This role is deeply strategic and deeply hands-on. You’ll help us stay on top of a rapidly changing AI landscape, separate signal from hype, and turn the best new capabilities into real leverage for the organization. You’ll also model by example, orchestrating teams of AI agents to execute on the Crypto & Financial Systems team’s roadmap.
What You’ll Do
- Orchestrate AI agents to ship product features end-to-end by owning the full lifecycle from product shaping and technical design through implementation, rollout, and iteration across web and/or mobile.
- Evolve our infrastructure and developer platform so agentic workflows can operate reliably across our repositories, environments, services, and internal systems.
- Raise the engineering team's ceiling with AI by identifying opportunities to embed AI into how the team builds (automated code review, test generation, release tooling, incident analysis). Maintain the shared context and configuration that keeps these tools effective as the codebase evolves.
- Speed up product development by enabling agentic (coding and non-coding) workflows for the product team, designers, operations, and more.
- Stay at the frontier of AI tooling and model capabilities, continuously evaluating what’s worth adopting and rapidly operationalizing the improvements that matter.
- Build reusable abstractions, APIs, standards, and internal platforms that make AI leverage scalable across the organization instead of trapped in one team or one power user’s setup.
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong experience building production software in modern stacks (TypeScript, React, Node.js; mobile experience is a plus)
- Product mindset: you care deeply about usability, clarity, and real user outcomes
- Experience working across frontend, backend services, APIs, and data models
- Practical AI agentic fluency: You've used Claude Code or Cursor to spin up swarms of AI agents
- Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces, prototype rapidly, and iterate based on feedback and data
- Clear communication and ability to work well with Product, Design, and non-engineering partners alike
- Bonus: experience with fintech, payments, financial products, or regulated systems
- Bonus: experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD, or productivity tooling
- Bonus: experience establishing AI-assisted development practices for a team (shared prompt libraries, context file conventions, review workflows)
