Reporting relationship: Deputy Manager Role Title: Bilingual Azure Cloud & Platform Engineer Location: India (Noida) Role Summary: Seeking a Bilingual Azure Cloud & Platform Engineer to support and enhance Azure infrastructure and platform services for Japan customers. The role involves cloud operations, platform development, managed services implementation, AKS administration, and customer coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage and support Azure cloud infrastructure and operations Develop and enhance cloud platform services Implement and maintain managed services for Japan customers Administer AKS clusters Coordinate with Japanese speaking customers for requirements and service delivery Ensure security, performance, and continuous improvement Required Skills & Experience Microsoft Azure Administration Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Azure Networking, Storage, Security, and IAM PowerShell / Azure CLI Cloud Platform Development ITIL Processes and Incident Management Agile / Scrum Methodology Bilingual: English and Japanese Minimum JLPT certification (N3/N2 preferred) Ability to communicate with Japanese customers and stakeholders Preferred Skills Azure DevOps Terraform / IaC Kubernetes Cloud Security & Automation Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Azure certification preferred 37 years of experience in Azure cloud operations, platform engineering, or managed services Specialization Description Responsible for the translation and integration of software, websites, and technical documents into the local languageAnalyzes, designs, and develops an infrastructure that facilitates a common interface for globalization and localization requirementsPerforms and creates scripts, tools, and language-specific character encodings to support international languagesEnsures accuracy and consistency in translations revisions of technical terms, terminology, and methodologiesMaintains localization tools, including documentation and training/technical support for the localization process and recommends improvements as necessaryExpertise in language localization tools (e.g., World Server translation memories, SDLX, Trados, etc.) Level Description Experienced level professional that applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
