DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, deploying, and managing scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes - Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated deployments - Managing and optimizing cloud environments, preferably on GCP - Implementing Infrastructure as Code using Helm/Terraform - Monitoring system performance to ensure high availability and reliability - Handling bug fixes, system improvements, and performance optimization - Collaborating with engineering teams to design scalable microservices architecture - Implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions - Ensuring security best practices including IAM, secrets management, and network policies Your mandatory skills should include: - Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes - Expertise in Helm Charts - Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Hands-on experience with ArgoCD or similar CI/CD tools - Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI - Experience in database hosting and scaling It would be nice to have experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure, modern DevOps and automation tools, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. In this role, you will work in a high-growth startup environment with no dedicated DevOps team currently, providing you with a high ownership role. You will work on both existing systems (maintenance & improvements) and new system builds (greenfield projects), with the opportunity to shape DevOps practices and infrastructure from scratch. The preferred candidate profile includes 3+ years of relevant DevOps experience, strong problem-solving and debugging skills, experience working in fast-paced startup environments, an understanding of scalability, security, and performance optimization, as well as good communication and collaboration skills. The hiring process consists of Profile Screening, GT Assessment, Technical Interview Round 1, Technical Interview Round 2, and Final Round (if required with US team).
