Job Title : QA Automation Lead Engineer Network Security & Blockchain/Web3.js Location : Gurgaon & Bangalore, India (On-site) Job Type : Full-time Working Days : 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Role Overview : As a QA Automation Lead Engineer Network Security & Blockchain/Web3.js, you will define and implement advanced quality assurance and security testing strategies tailored for Blockchain applications. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest quality and security standards. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Mentor QA Engineers and develop QA and security testing strategies.Security Assurance: Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and automate testing for improved coverage.Collaboration: Align QA activities with project goals and ensure compliance with standards like GDPR and ISO 27001.Continuous Improvement: Analyze QA metrics and stay updated on Blockchain and cybersecurity advancements.Required Skills: Technical Skills: Expertise in Network Security, QA methodologies, automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium), and scripting languages like Python or Java.Compliance: Familiarity with OWASP, ISO 27001, and regulatory standards.Leadership: Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing testing for Blockchain/Web3 applications.Preferred Skills: Penetration testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP).Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.Certifications such as CEH, ISTQB, or Blockchain-related credentials are a plus.Experience: 5+ Years in QA, with a focus on Network Security and Blockchain/Web3.Hands-on experience in testing Blockchain platforms and distributed applications.Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
