Senior Java Software Engineer

As a Senior Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. - Developing and managing relational databases, including writing complex SQL queries. - Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. - Having strong debugging skills to identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to mitigate and address these issues. - Deploying, managing, and scaling applications on AWS. - Conducting code reviews and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability. - Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5 to 10 Years of experience in Software Development. - Proficient in Java 8+, Spring, and Spring Boot. - Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases. - Experience with microservices architecture. - Understanding of Rest API design and development. - Hands-on experience with Unit Testing frameworks such as Junit, Mockito. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of AWS services and best practices. - Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
