Key Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with US based engineers and crossfunctional product development partners - Own the architecture, design, and implementation of new features in a cross-platform C#/.NET library that powers hearing aid communication and configuration - Drive long-term evolution of the librarys API surface, compatibility, and performance - Write clear, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage - Develop performance-sensitive algorithms where correctness and efficiency are critical Required Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to clearly express and understand complex technical concepts in a US based engineering environment - Minimum 10 years of skilled experience on software engineering teams developing shared, production-grade .NET class libraries or SDKs in C# - Proven ability to drive architectural decisions by leading teams in evaluating complex technical tradeoffs - Proven people leadership experience, including interviewing, mentoring, and developing engineers toward greater ownership and impact - Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams - Deep expertise in C# and modern .NET - Education: BE / B. Tech / BCA/ M.
