Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from planning through execution. Perform architectural analysis and develop solution designs. Estimate project efforts, resources, timelines, and infrastructure requirements. Configure and manage ServiceNow platform solutions. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and enterprise applications. Define technical architecture and ensure alignment with platform best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. Support implementation strategy, execution planning, and delivery management.
