Location: Bangalore / Hybrid Experience: 712 Years Company: NetConnect Global (Deployment with a Leading Client) Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in AI/ML, Data Science, Enterprise Products, and Agile Delivery We're looking for a highly analytical professional who can bridge business and technology to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Mandatory Skills 712 years of Business Analysis experience Experience in AI/ML or Data Science projects Enterprise Product Development experience Strong expertise in JIRA, Confluence, Agile (Scrum) Requirements Gathering, BRD/FRD, User Stories & Backlog Management Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and Snowflake Knowledge of ETL, Data Validation, and Data Quality Experience with SAP, Coupa, or Enterprise ERP integrations Understanding of REST APIs & JSON integrations Hands-on experience in UAT planning, execution, and Release Management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements for AI/ML and enterprise products. Create user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams. Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Perform data validation, UAT, and support production releases. Ensure successful delivery of scalable, high-quality business solutions.
