Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud services. - Build and support event-driven and serverless components using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, SNS, and SQS. - Develop integrations and asynchronous processing workflows using Apache Kafka and related messaging patterns. - Implement scalable data persistence and access layers using AWS DynamoDB and other cloud-native storage services. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to refine requirements and deliver technical solutions. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, reliability, and security across the software stack. - Support deployment, release, and production stabilization activities in an enterprise financial services environment. - Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and best-practice adoption for cloud-native development. Overview - • The IN Application Developer - AWS Cloud FullStack role is a hands-on software engineering position within the Financial Shared Services (FSS) environment, focused on building and supporting scalable cloud-based applications. - • This role is centered on designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using AWS-native services, Java, and Spring Boot to support business-critical financial operations. - • The developer will work on event-driven and serverless architectures, integrating messaging, orchestration, and data services to deliver reliable and secure application capabilities. - • The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and to ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced enterprise setting. - • This is a mid-level role suited for professionals with 5-6 years of experience in application development, cloud engineering, and distributed systems. Requirements - 5-6 years of professional experience in application development with strong exposure to full-stack and cloud-based solutions. - Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for building enterprise-grade applications. - Practical experience with AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, SNS/SQS, and DynamoDB. - Strong understanding of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture concepts. - Experience designing and implementing scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure distributed systems. - Ability to work in a Financial Shared Services or similarly regulated enterprise environment. - Strong problem-solving skills with experience in debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
