Key Responsibilities - Take ownership of architecture design and development of scalable, distributed software systems, ensuring high performance and reliability. - Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications to guide development efforts. - Lead technical execution, ensuring code quality, adherence to deadlines, and efficient resource allocation across projects. - Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based pipelines using patterns like RAG and Agentic workflows, optimizing for performance and scalability. - Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment, ensuring robust and efficient solutions. - Utilize cloud services from AWS, Azure, or GCP, including IAM, Monitoring, Load Balancing, and Autoscaling, to enhance system capabilities. - Implement and uphold DevOps practices using tools like Docker and Kubernetes to facilitate continuous integration and delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship on software design and engineering best practices.
