Role & responsibilities Collaborating with managers to determine security needs. Experience on project delivery and team management. Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel. Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance. Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions. Manage integration with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure data accuracy and synchronization. Support pre-sales efforts, including effort estimations, technical solutioning, and proposal preparation. Integration of ServiceNow with 3rd party tools/applications/platforms Hands-on experience in Integrations with Web Services REST and SOAP, Scripted Web Services. Good Understanding of Page Design and Widget Configurations related to Service Portal Good Understanding of Version and Patch upgrades. Hands on experience in Knowledge Base and Knowledge Article Configurations. Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements Preferred candidate profile Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area ServiceNow certifications Responsible for installation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow GRC Platform. Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools. Strong Knowledge in ServiceNow Scripting modules like Business Rules, Script Includes, Email Notifications, Workflows, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, etc. Knowledge of SDLC and VB/Java scripting is a plus Experience in other GRC tools like RSA Archer, MetricStream, Bwise is a plus
