About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and support of Oracle Exadata environments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard configurations - Performing Exadata patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting - Conducting performance tuning using AWR, ASH, and ADDM - Managing Storage Cells, CellCLI, and InfiniBand components - Handling critical production incidents and performing root cause analysis - Implementing Backup & Recovery solutions using RMAN - Providing support for High Availability and Disaster Recovery setups To excel in this position, you should have the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Oracle Exadata Administration with experience in L3 support - Strong knowledge of Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard technologies - Experience in Exadata patching and performance tuning - Familiarity with CellCLI and Storage Cell Management - Working knowledge of Oracle 11g/12c/19c databases - Expertise in Linux/Unix Administration - Experience with RMAN Backup & Recovery processes Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have experience with Oracle GoldenGate, as well as exposure to AWS/OCI Cloud environments.
