Java Technical Lead

As a Java Tech Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications. Your strong technical expertise in Java technologies and proven leadership experience will be key in managing development teams and driving projects end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Handle technical design, implementation, deployment, and support activities. - Perform development and unit testing, collaborating closely with the Business team. - Ensure that designs are in compliance with specifications. - Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle. - Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, ensuring high-availability and performance. - Utilize your experience in Core Java/J2EE & OOPS concepts. - Demonstrate proficiency in Spring/Struts & Play Framework. - Showcase a good understanding of Hibernate and Other ORMs. - Work with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Maven. - Utilize build tools like Jenkins. - Possess database knowledge in Oracle/MySQL, NOSQL (MongoDB/Elastic Search). - Demonstrate proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN. Qualifications: - B.Tech./MCA, BCA in Computer Science or equivalent - Minimum 6+ years of experience Please note that the job location is in Gurgaon, India (Onsite).
