Lead Java Developer

As an experienced Java Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality scalable applications. Your role will involve strong technical expertise, leadership, and team management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to ensure high performance and productivity. - Perform technical design, implementation, deployment, and support activities. - Collaborate with Business for development and unit testing, ensuring compliance with specifications. - Contribute across all phases of the development lifecycle. - Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, focusing on high-availability and performance. - Utilize Core Java/J2EE & OOPS concepts, along with Spring/Struts & Play Framework. - Demonstrate proficiency in Hibernate and other ORMs, as well as Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Maven. - Work with database systems such as Oracle/MySQL and NOSQL (MongoDB/Elastic Search). - Use code versioning tools like Git, Mercurial, or SVN. - Implement build tools like Jenkins. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development. - Proven track record in team handling and leadership. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
