Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple structured and unstructured sources for analysis - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar - Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases - Collaborate with business teams, product managers, and operations leads to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics across functions - Support A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel analysis initiatives to drive data-driven decision making - Identify data quality issues, document findings, and work with engineering or data engineering teams for resolution - Prepare clear and concise data reports, presentations, and executive summaries for stakeholders - Contribute to the development and maintenance of data dictionaries, documentation, and standard reporting templates
