NOC Engineer (Network Operations Center Engineer)

Key Responsibilities: Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and critical IT systems using network monitoring tools. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network, connectivity, and infrastructure issues. Respond to incidents, alarms, and service requests while ensuring SLA compliance. Escalate critical incidents to appropriate technical teams and track them until resolution. Perform routine health checks, preventive maintenance, and system monitoring activities. Monitor routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and WAN/LAN connectivity. Maintain incident logs, troubleshooting documentation, and daily operational reports. Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal support teams during outages and maintenance activities. Perform basic configuration changes and support network upgrades when required. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, operational procedures, and security policies. Support disaster recovery activities and maintain business continuity standards. Participate in shift handovers and provide accurate operational updates.
