RPA Lead Opportunity

As an experienced RPA Lead with strong UiPath expertise, your role will involve driving end-to-end automation initiatives, designing scalable solutions, and leading development teams. You are expected to have strong core programming skills to handle logic-based problem-solving effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full RPA lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and support - Develop automation using UiPath tools such as REFramework, Studio, and Orchestrator - Design scalable workflows with robust exception handling and logging mechanisms - Manage Orchestrator for scheduling, queues, assets, and monitoring - Ensure proper documentation (PDD, SDD) and adherence to standards - Mentor team members and conduct code reviews - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of IT experience with a focus on UiPath RPA expertise - Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Robots, Orchestrator, and REFramework - Strong knowledge of selectors, RegEx, debugging, and queue-based automation - Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or VB Script - Solid understanding of data structures and problem-solving techniques (strings, arrays, integers, data manipulation, palindrome, etc.) In addition to the above, the panel will conduct programming/aptitude tests covering problem-solving scenarios related to strings, arrays, integers, and data manipulation during the assessment process.
