Founding Engineer

About the role We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our growing engineering team at an early stage AI Product (B2B). You will be joining a team of 5 engineers who move fast, take ownership, and care deeply about what they build. This is a hands-on full-stack role for someone who writes good code, takes end-to-end ownership, and has been actively building with AI agents. You will work directly with the founding team and contribute to a product that is already live and evolving rapidly. What you will do Build and own features end-to-end across the frontend and backend Design and maintain database schemas with a focus on clarity and performance Integrate and work with AI agents to build intelligent, automated workflows Collaborate closely with the product and founding team to move fast and iterate Write clean, maintainable code and take responsibility for the quality of what you ship Help make early architectural decisions that will shape the product for the long term What we are looking for 1 3 years of experience in software development with meaningful full-stack exposure Solid frontend skills with ReactJS and strong backend skills with Python Experience with Django or a comparable Python web framework Good understanding of database design, schema modeling, and query optimization Active hands-on experience building with or integrating AI agents (at least 3 4 months) Strong product sense and the ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding Comfort in a startup environment where things move fast and priorities shift A bias for ownership - someone who has consistently gone beyond the scope of their role Good to have Experience with B2B SaaS or workflow products Familiarity with LLM APIs, agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.), or prompt engineering Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Prior startup experience or a side project that shipped to real users Why join Join a team of 5 engineers who move fast, own deeply, and build things that matter Work on a live product with real customers, not a prototype Own your work from design to deployment, not just write tickets Get broad exposure across product, infrastructure, and AI integration Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
