Key Responsibilities : Complete ownership of specific projects in the Learning module of Newton School students Define success metrics for the project and create dashboards for daily tracking and identification of gaps Experiment & innovate with new systems, structures & processes leading to better outcomes for our students Complete ownership of execution of the action items in a time bound fashion Collaborate with academic, product, operations & student success teams to ensure student experience is delightful Requirements : 1+ years of prior experience in Program/Project Management Capable of independently creating dashboards and analysis via available tools (Metabase, Excel etc) Excellent on problem solving, breaking problems in smaller chunks, creating structure from scratch. Demonstrated ability of proactive communication & handling multiple stakeholders. Self driven independent contributor with an approach of getting things done.
