Senior Program Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across functions and drive measurable impact in education delivery. This cross-functional role involves collaborating with senior leadership, managing complex projects, and implementing innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with founders and CXOs to identify and resolve critical challenges in academic programs and operations. Take end-to-end ownership of cross-functional initiatives across Product, Tech, Growth, and Operations teams. Serve as the central point of contact for project planning, execution, and reporting. Design and execute experiments to test new solutions, monitor outcomes, and derive actionable insights. Present strategic recommendations and data-driven findings to senior stakeholders. Lead implementation of innovative, industry-first solutions to maintain competitive advantage. Drive measurable outcomes and manage P&L responsibilities for designated functions. Qualifications and Skills: 4+ years of experience in Program Management or a similar strategic role in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills for managing complex initiatives. Proven business acumen with a track record of delivering high-impact cross-functional projects. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from a Tier-1 institution; MBA from a top-tier business school preferred. Exposure to Data Science and AI technologies is a strong plus.
