QA Automation Lead- Playwright & TypeScript

QA Automation Lead Playwright & TypeScript Experience Required 810 years of overall experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.Minimum 34 years of hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test solutions.Build and execute automated test suites across UI, API, and ETL/Data Validation layers.Validate end-to-end business workflows, data pipelines, and cloud-based applications.Collaborate with Product, Development, Data Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.Drive automation best practices, framework enhancements, and continuous quality improvements.Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript.Expertise in UI Automation, API Automation, and ETL/Data Testing.Experience validating data ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.Hands-on experience testing and automating Databricks workflows or similar modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Informatica, Talend, AWS Glue, Apache Spark, or other enterprise ETL/Data Engineering platforms.Good understanding of Azure services, including:Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)Azure FunctionsAzure Application InsightsAzure-based data integration and monitoring servicesExperience with synthetic test data generation, test data management, and data provisioning strategies.Strong SQL skills and experience validating large-scale datasets.Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.Proficiency with Git and Agile delivery methodologies.Preferred Skills Exposure to cloud data platforms, data lakes, and analytics ecosystems.Experience with observability, monitoring, and logging solutions.Knowledge of performance testing and data quality validation frameworks.Familiarity with AI-assisted testing and modern Quality Engineering practices.Ideal Candidate A Quality Engineering professional with strong Playwright and TypeScript expertise who can lead automation initiatives across UI, API, Data/ETL, and Cloud platforms, ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-quality enterprise solutions. .
