MEP/BEP Project Construction Industry

As an experienced MEP/BEP Project professional in the construction industry, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising MEP/BEP works on active construction sites in Navi Mumbai. Your role will involve ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. You will review drawings and technical documents, monitor installation and commissioning activities, and collaborate with architects, contractors, and safety consultants to resolve any issues that may arise. Daily responsibilities will include site inspections, progress tracking, quality checks, and documentation related to inspections, safety compliance, and project reports. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on budgeting inputs, resource planning, and continuous improvement of construction practices. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP/BEP works on construction sites - Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines - Review drawings and technical documents - Monitor installation and commissioning activities - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and safety consultants - Conduct site inspections, progress tracking, and quality checks - Coordinate with stakeholders on budgeting inputs and resource planning - Implement continuous improvement of construction practices Qualifications: - Hands-on experience in MEP/BEP works, site supervision, and coordination within the construction industry - Ability to interpret and work with architectural and engineering drawings - Proficiency in conducting site inspections, quality checks, and safety compliance reviews - Budgeting and cost-awareness skills for project planning and financial control - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration abilities - Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements in the construction sector in India, especially relevant to Navi Mumbai or Maharashtra (Note: The salary range for this position is 60-70K, and the required experience is 10+ years.)
