MEP Project Head

As the MEP Project Head at Nexfore Consulting, your role will involve leading and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities across assigned projects in the construction industry. You will be based in Navi Mumbai and responsible for managing project planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing design reviews and preparing MEP work schedules. - Coordinating with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors. - Supervising site teams, conducting regular site inspections, and tracking progress against milestones. - Supporting cost control, participating in progress meetings with clients and stakeholders. - Ensuring documentation, reporting, and safety practices are consistently maintained. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong project management capabilities with skills in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on MEP works. - Proficiency in Construction Management to supervise on-site execution and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. - Experience in Budgeting and cost control to estimate, track, and optimize MEP project expenditures. - Knowledge of Procurement processes to manage vendor selection and negotiate contracts. - Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; advanced certification in project management is an advantage. - Proven experience leading MEP works in large construction projects in an on-site leadership capacity. - Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for MEP systems. - Strong leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder communication skills. - Proficiency in project management and design coordination tools is desirable.
