About the role
As a Specialist Cloud Product Manager at NiCE, you will play a strategic and highly technical role within the Cloud Operations & AI driven Automation organization. Your responsibilities will include owning the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Cloud Application Platform (CAP) and AI driven operational capabilities to enhance reliability, efficiency, and uptime across enterprise SaaS environments. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Cloud Automation Portal. - Define a long-term AI-led operational strategy. - Lead automation initiatives for alert remediation, health checks, certificate lifecycle, patching, and infrastructure recovery. - Reduce manual effort by enabling platform-driven workflows. - Partner with SRE and Cloud AppOps teams to implement SLOs, error budgets, and incident reduction frameworks. - Drive unified logs, metrics, and tracing for observability & insights. - Deliver predictive analytics and operational insights. - Drive AI-assisted cloud operations, automated RCA, and bot-driven workflows. - Embed security-by-design controls and lead access governance initiatives. - Act as a product interface for leadership, engineering, and customers. - Drive adoption of Cloud Automation Portal. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of Product Development & Management experience. - Strong management skills to engage deeply with engineers and architects. - Strong understanding of distributed systems and failure modes. - Data-driven mindset with a focus on operational metrics. - Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and incident systems. - Experience building internal platforms for Cloud Ops or SRE teams. - Knowledge of enterprise SaaS uptime and SLA management. - Readiness to work in EMEA and US Shift.
