Specialist Program Manager, CX

As a Program Manager at NiCE, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and initiatives that support the organization's strategic goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues and roadblocks. - Manage end-to-end Agile project management including scope, quality, resources, risk management, timeline, and organizational release readiness. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives. - Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices while continuously improving project management processes and tools. - Lead project meetings, presentations, and facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 10-14 years of experience in the IT industry with 5+ years in Software Development Project & Program management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. - Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. - Working knowledge of Agile-Scrum Practices. - Ability to drive project decisions through strong Data governance and Metrics. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Hands-on experience in Software Development & Quality, Release Management, Product Launches, and Atlassian Tools (JIRA/Confluence). - Basic Knowledge of Cloud (AWS) and DevOps practices. - PMP certification preferred.
