Frontend Developer

You will collaborate on multiple projects with complex requirements and dependencies, contributing to the design, implementation, deployment, and operation of production applications, platforms, and pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Develop scalable, reliable, and cost-effective software solutions with a focus on quality, performance, and resilience - Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders to understand production and scalability requirements - Work on multiple projects with complex requirements and dependencies - Contribute to the design, implementation, deployment, and operation of production applications, platforms, and pipelines Qualifications Required: - A graduate degree in computer science or a similar discipline - 6+ years of professional software development experience - Proficiency in backend development with Go and API - Familiarity with Javascript/Typescript and React (short-term experience) - Experience with various databases, including PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch - Knowledge of cloud implementation & architecture, container technologies, and orchestration tools such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform - Experience in designing and implementing APIs, microservices, system architecture, and handling big data - Familiarity with Agile methodologies - Strong documentation and communication skills Join Nielsen to be part of a community that supports your growth and success.
