Job Overview The Software Engineer I is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and digital learning solutions that support the Learning Content business. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality, and user-centric technology solutions that enhance learning experiences and content delivery. Roles and responsibility Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and digital learning solutions. Build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, tools, and platforms that support learning delivery. Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to ensure application reliability. Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment procedures. Optimize application performance, security, and usability while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience Min 1 years of experience in software development, application engineering, or related technical roles. Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
