About the role
Job Purpose: The following guidelines pave the way for the job purpose: a. The clarity, granularity, and gradient involved in the planning. b. The clarity, elegance, and performance of the source code of the module being developed. c. The clarity and detail of the documentation. d. The speed and quality of the development cycle, including: e. User satisfaction, based on user feedback that is parsed into standardised satisfaction metrics such as: Net Promoter Score (NPS). Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT). Customer Effort Score (CES). The job purpose subsequently focuses on : Developing the digital infrastructure of Shipskart platform, applications, and business processes. Minimising the likelihood of failure for all developed modules. Guaranteeing correctness for all relevant modules. Maximising accuracy for all relevant modules. Minimising resource complexity/utilisation for all developed modules. Maximising user satisfaction across the board. Key Result Areas: Designing of key modules of the digital infrastructure, as well as all the submodules of the same, in a manner that is carefully structured and emphasises long-term use and extensibility. This includes a detailed understanding of the modules purpose and the techniques required to develop it, as well as reasonable timeline estimates for the implementation of the same. The development of these modules in implementations that are robust and have maximal performance. This includes a detailed understanding of the languages and tools required to implement the design, the logic and flow requirements of the implementation, and the rigorous testing of the code during and after development. The documentation of all developed modules in a comprehensive and explicit manner. This includes internal documentation in the form of comments in the source code files, as well as external documentation in the form of separate documents that explain the operation of modules or list the contents of d .
