Your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Understand our business and customers to create an outstanding user experience that aligns with our vision. - Partner closely with the management team to comprehend business requirements and ensure an intuitive navigation, consistent design, and user-centric lens. - Redesign core pages and flows with a customer-centric approach, considering usability for all user types. - Work efficiently through full project lifecycles, delivering Photoshop PSD files and wireframes for the development team. - Apply excellent written and verbal communication skills along with problem-solving abilities to balance creativity with modern best practices. - Keep pace with the latest web development technologies, responsive design, and mobile design trends. - Code for accessibility and demonstrate advanced knowledge of CSS, HTML, and WCAG 2.0/2.1 coding practices. - Actively participate in Design Sprints, collaborate on ideas, and effectively communicate design concepts to developers. In addition, your profile should include the following qualifications: - Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, UXPin, and Balsamiq. - Experience with motion graphics, web design languages/frameworks, HTML, CSS, wireframes, UX layers, and responsive design styles. - Bachelor's degree in electronic, technology, engineering, or computer science. - Minimum of 1 to 2 years of real hands-on experience in the field.
