As a Process Engineer in the Panel Transformation Team at NIQ, you will be a key player in developing, optimizing, and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and quality across various functions within Operations. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and refine processes and systems for Homescan and Omnishopper, ensuring the best user experience and meeting clients' needs. Leveraging advanced technologies and methodologies, you will drive transformation across various functions. Here's a closer look at what you can expect in this role: - Design, develop, and troubleshoot advanced processes for Operations with a focus on innovation, quality, and efficiency. - Conduct data simulation to understand the end-to-end data flow, product specifications, raw data inputs, and dependencies to test various impacts on final data delivered to clients. - Plan and execute projects, develop process modules, analyze experimental results, and deploy them across the organization. - Ensure compliance by conducting assessments and ensuring all users comply with process standards. - Develop new and improved processes aligned with company goals for safety, customer experience, capacity, quality, and cost. - Apply robotics, machine learning, cognitive AI, and other technologies to implement automation strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in process engineering, specifically focusing on automation and transformation. - Excellent project management and analytical skills. - Experience with process automation technologies, strategy consulting, or digital transformations. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools for process design and analysis. Additionally, you will utilize machine learning algorithms and AI for data analysis, IoT for real-time data monitoring, data analytics for process insights, and simulation software for predicting the impact of modifications. The focus will be on minimizing waste, maximizing value, and improving process quality through a data-driven approach.
