About the role
We are seeking a Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the configuration of the Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. - Perform system configuration tasks such as creating absence plans, time-off, accrual, work schedules, time calculations, time entry code and time entry template. - Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization. - Support business with day-to-day queries Qualifications - 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration and support.: - Experience with support multiple clients on Workday Time and Absence: - At least one implementation experience on Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management: - Ability to gather and analyse business requirements - Experience in leading or participating in full Workday project life cycles, including planning, design, testing, and deployment. - Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong documentation and presentation skills. - Workday certification(s) in Time Tracking and Absence Management is a plus. - Experience with Workday HCM or Payroll modules is a plus.
