Job Title: Java Lead (Spring Boot | WebFlux | Microservices | Kafka) – Immediate Joiners Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 2 to 3 Years as Java Lead) Location: Bhubaneswar / Hyderabad (As per business requirement) Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / 0-15 Days Preferred Job Description We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in Spring Boot, WebFlux, Microservices, and Kafka to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on leadership experience, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable Java-based microservices. Build reactive applications using Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux . Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven solutions using Kafka . Define secure coding standards, unit testing practices, and code quality processes. Manage Git branching strategy and code reviews using SonarQube. Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes-based container platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams during sprint planning and delivery. Monitor production applications using AppDynamics, Splunk, or ELK. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. Mentor developers and drive technical excellence within the team.
