Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer Experience: 6+ Years Location: Bhubaneswar / Hyderabad Open Positions: 1 Notice period: Immediate to 15days Job Description We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with 6+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, DAX, and report development, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineering teams to deliver impactful reporting and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities - Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards aligned with business requirements. - Design and implement effective data models, measures, KPIs, and calculations using DAX. - Extract, transform, and visualize data from multiple sources including SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems. - Create and optimize Power Query (M) transformations for data preparation and cleansing. - Manage Power BI Service and/or Power BI Report Server deployments, report publishing, workspace administration, and refresh monitoring. - Troubleshoot report issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies. - Handle BAU support activities, investigate incidents, and resolve reporting-related tickets within SLA timelines. - Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions. - Ensure adherence to data governance, security, performance, and reporting standards. - Maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, report inventories, and support artifacts. - Participate in report rationalization initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize existing reporting assets. - Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and user experience.
